I had great experience with your employe nick ,he helped me with my truck when it broke down in Mississippi. He also talk to the shop for me "great Daniel Chevrolet" help me get my truck back on the road an me with my truck when it broke down in Mississippi. Took my 2012 in because a mechanic I know changed my motor mount and accidentally let the steering wheel move. This made my stabilizer sensor light stay on. I decided to take it to Chase Chevrolet and r motor mount and accidentally let the steering wheel move. This made my stabilizer sensor light stay on. I decided to take it to Chase Chevrolet and right away they wanted to do and diagnostic. I was charged $220 for a diagnostic. Then I was told that my stabilizer sensor was no good and that I needed to change it. They wanted to charge me $600 to change the sensor! I decided to call my nephew who is a mobile mechanic and he told me that my steering wheel was off and needed to be realigned. Realigning the steering wheel would fix the problem. I went back to Chase Chevrolet and this time I spoke to a manager named Mathew. I told him they misdiagnosed my truck and that I wanted my money back. He told me that it’s the sensor that needs to be changed. Then told me to unplug my battery and leave it unplugged over night and that would fix the problem but if it doesn’t to bring it back to him and he would take a look. Well I left it unplugged for 24 hours and it didn’t make a difference. Well, my nephew who is a mobile mechanic came and looked under the hood and decided to loosen the steering column and noticed that there was a manufacture line that shows you that if it is aligned properly or not and it definitely wasn’t aligned right. He aligned it and drove the truck afterwards and the stabilizer sensor went off! I decided to go back after it was fixed to get my money back for the incorrect diagnostic. Mathew was there and I let him know exactly what happened and he wanted me to show him paperwork that my nephew fixed my truck but I didn’t have any but told him I could get him on the phone and Mathew said no. I paid the $220 with my card but he didn’t want to return it that way and said they would mail me a check. It was real hard for him to accept they made a huge mistake! I will never take my truck back to that Stockton Chevrolet ever! They only care about money instead of truly finding the problem and fixing your vehicle! More

This is in regards to the service I received. I dropped the car off with about 30 miles of gas, and he told me I couldn’t leave it that low and needed to fill it up.
