I was born and raised in Tucson, Az. Before joining the Royal family, I provided a world class experience for my customers in auto insurance. I sold policies for Progressive Insurance and managed a call center here in Tucson. In my free time I love being with my family and going on trips with my two dogs. I have 2 rescue dogs (both Husky's) that are great travel companions. I am fairly new to auto sales but I am very knowledgeable about cars, trucks and SUV's. I advocate for my customers 100% and use a consultative sales approach, you will never feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle.

Royal has no pressure, listens to the customer, and was extremely helpful in our out of state purchase. The dozen roses at the close of the deal was icing on the cake. Regarding our associate, Andy Villa was absolutely exceptional in helping me with my vehicle purchase. From start to finish, he was friendly, informative, and never put any pressure on me. Even when I changed my mind, he handled it gracefully and went above and beyond his scheduled hours to assist me in finding another vehicle. Andy's professionalism truly stood out during my time at the dealership. Despite living in Phoenix, I would gladly make the commute to Tucson for any future vehicle purchases just to have the same amazing experience again.
