Purchased a vehicle. Within 10 days attempted to contact dealership for assistance with issue. Continued contact with no response until we sent over a work order showing Within 10 days attempted to contact dealership for assistance with issue. Continued contact with no response until we sent over a work order showing our vehicle failed inspection. They asked to fix issue. They only replaced one of the struts. Our vehicle still can not pass inspection. To top it all off. Our vehicle was returned with under half a tank of gas and completely dirty after having it for a week. Do not purchase anything, service or vehicle, from this dealer group. We have given this company ample time to resolve our issue and failed on every step. More

I wish I could give this pathetic excuse of a company zero stars!!! This company cares more about money than they do the safety of their customers!!!! They sold my brother a certified pre owned vehicle t zero stars!!! This company cares more about money than they do the safety of their customers!!!! They sold my brother a certified pre owned vehicle that caught on fire while he was in it due to an aftermarket part that they should have found had they done their inspection correctly before selling. They are holding no accountability and being flat out rude and pretty much saying it is his problem mind you this car was just purchased almost exactly 3 months to the day and they are lying and telling him that there is nothing they can do about it and that they can’t put him into another vehicle and will not work with him to get another vehicle which I know is 100% a lie any other dealership would have made right by the customer and put them in something else. Better buisness bureau and attorney general will be getting notified of this! More

Our CR-V had an unusual problem and we think it was handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor to replace the airbag harness and other items. Our insurance covered most of the cost. We do harbor apprehension that rodent damage could occur again and are taking some preventive measures with rodent poison and scents they dislike. An interesting experience but it was well handled. More
