Loved the silverado. After I has it for a cpl weeks I noticed the bumper had developed cracks. After investigating I noticed the bumper was held on with zip ties. Was told by Dave this was a new trade in and we didn't check it for cosmetic issues just safety. Hmmm you mean you checked it cosmeticlywgen when got traded in to evaluate price for trade in, and them did not fix the bumper only to pass it on to me the sucker. Not a gd way to keep customers. When telling my friend Jorge at solos body shop who you sold a b4and new truck to also had issues with paint problems but ya didn't know he owned a body shop and tried screwing him as well.when I pulled in to talk to Dave was told he would talk with his manager to see what they could do....been weeks now. This dealership will say and do anything to get the deal don't and won't do a xxxx thing when the customer is unhappy was told you bought a used truck. If I wanted a xxx I would have went to the corner used car dealership. I came here to heisler and paid twice as much for their xxx. More

I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple times and giving my insurances email address. They then told me they'd call when the parts came in and I had to call and then they couldn't get me in times and giving my insurances email address. They then told me they'd call when the parts came in and I had to call and then they couldn't get me in right away. Then they told me it would take 2-3 weeks for repairs and they ended up having my car for 6 weeks. They also never told me that they had to resend in an estimate to my insurance since repairs were going to cost more. I just had to keep calling for updates because they weren't contacting me. Very disappointmented about the entire experience. Will never go back. More

This dealership used aftermarket parts on my car but told my insurance company that they would be using Lincoln parts. The collision center denied it. I came back three times with regards to the hood until t my insurance company that they would be using Lincoln parts. The collision center denied it. I came back three times with regards to the hood until the general manager took over and they finally replaced the hood .They gave false information to Carfax regarding odometer reading. The general manager never called me back after replacing the fake hood with a Lincoln car hood. I called for days on end trying to report my odometer reading, They denied giving the wrong odometer reading to Carfax until Carfax sent a email and informed me that they indeed receive the odometer reading information from Heiser Chevrolet. Heiser Chevrolet had added on 50,000 miles more than what my SUV odometer stated, my odometer read 41,000 miles they heiser Chevrolet said I had 91,000 miles. I spent with them $16,000 for repairs and it was just a fiasco from start to finish. The folks and Collision Centet was very hostile and spoke with me very abrasive Lee and moments I am afraid to drive the car and I informed Collision Centet that I was afraid to drive it so I don’t know what they may or may not have done to it. I don’t find them to be trustworthy at all. More
