This is second time I have been there to get a recall item fixed and was told it was “taken care of.” When I got into the vehicle it was still not working. When I called back they said that it was looke item fixed and was told it was “taken care of.” When I got into the vehicle it was still not working. When I called back they said that it was looked at but not repaired, and they would order the part. The first time I was there they were supposed to order the part and install it on this visit. More

I brought my 2022 RAM TRX to Central Florida CJDR to perform a recall service to reprogram the ABS Module. I've brought my TRX to Central Florida CJDR in the past for other Recall, Warranty, and Service perform a recall service to reprogram the ABS Module. I've brought my TRX to Central Florida CJDR in the past for other Recall, Warranty, and Service work and they always do a great job. But this time was unique. Andy S. the Service Advisor, was exceptional at communicating the status of the service being performed via the dealers text messaging service. The tech, 3306 sent me a short "Inspection" video which was something new (I never got a video from my other visits) and even though it wasn't really all that informative, I like the concept and appreciate the added communication from the Tech. While the truck was there for recall work, I asked them to also balance and rotate the tires and perform an alignment. All the work was performed in a timely manner and I had my truck back within 2 hours of dropping it off. While there are CJDR dealers that are close to me, I appreciate the knowledge and experience of the Service Advisors and Techs at this dealership, especially when it comes to working on a high performance, high maintenance SRT machine like my TRX. More

Lack of communication from service advisor. 40 min wait to get the car after I was notified it was ready. Never received the statement of services performed. Total disorganization. I received a message that the car was ready, it was in the waiting room, and when I arrived the consultant was no longer there. No one knew about my I received a message that the car was ready, it was in the waiting room, and when I arrived the consultant was no longer there. No one knew about my car and it took a long time to find it. Wrong billing, poor service... To top it off, I have your advanced package, which charged me a fortune to buy the car. And the most basic thing? Delivering the car washed! And they didn't do it. Really bad service, customer service, what a shame! I probably won't come back. More
