Since the age of 3 I have had a passion for automobiles. Although I didn't know it at the time, it would seem I was destined to work with automobiles. Since graduating from Bonny Eagle High in Standish, I have spent nearly 13 years in automotive sales. When I wasn't working in the car industry, I attended Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. Like many young people, I held a number of different part-time and full-time jobs while attending school and shortly thereafter. Opportunities allowed me to work in Advertising Sales, in Hospitality, and in Insurance. Beyond car sales however, I spent the most time in the world of banking, lending, and finance. Prior to joining the team at Morong, I worked at TD Bank for nearly 5 years. Above all I am a professional. Customer Service will always come first and I will never lose sight of the human aspect. The reality is that I am in the people industry, I just happen to sell cars.

Just wanted to take a moment and share what a terrible, terrible experience we had when dealing with Andy Rogers after he appraised my vehicle. He informed me that my car needed rear brakes and came back w terrible experience we had when dealing with Andy Rogers after he appraised my vehicle. He informed me that my car needed rear brakes and came back with a 13K figure. That's funny because we had the brakes replaced 2 months prior! When that topic was brought to his attention, he then bumped his offer to 14k. But in doing so, he created a scene with his rudeness, belittling and loud voice. We believe his emotions truly got overwhelming for him to handle because of his dishonesty. At that point, we new that this was not the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. (New or Used) More

It took awhile for us to be helped. We understand Andy was busy but nobody else helped us out. They looked at my current vehicle and assessed that it would not be worth much for a trade We understand Andy was busy but nobody else helped us out. They looked at my current vehicle and assessed that it would not be worth much for a trade in. However, they did not seem interested in getting me into a new Mazda lease and working with me. We went to Seacoast Mazda and it was a much better experience. They bought out my current lease, and got me into a new CX-30 within 2 hours. More

Kelly and Miah were amazing and I loved working with them! I came up from Boston after researching for months for my vehicle. I came and knew what I wanted. Looked at 2018 Audi Q5 I traded in my 2016 Subaru cross track with very low miles. They gave me a great trade-in but my AUDI has a tsb They never told me about the heater core. I feel like it's been in and out of the shop more than I've driven it and now that I'm over my miles they don't honor it. I also went in couple weeks back in January 2024 To trade that Audi for a Q5 2024 They wanted to give me 18 five. Very clean, low miles but all the options. I'm looking at a Mercedes now with a great trade-in offer. MARONG doesn't want to fix my car it's on they lost me as a customer. Thanks for reading More

Lied about trade in value to get me in the door, incompetent used car sales manager took over an hour to do a “20 min” appraisal. Kept complimenting how clean the car was then gave me a laughable low ball offer. Clearly there was a reason I was the only customer there, this place sucks!! More
