I came from Chicago so making the way to the dealership is already somewhat taxing but once I got to Lexus Andy, Sam, Verbie, and the rest of the team made sure I was extremely comfortable. Offering drinks and snacks and a cozy place to relax. I fully enjoyed the experience. In regards to the deal, Brookfield Lexus is extremely honest, upfront and caring. Andy offered a good price for my trade and I upgraded to a red Lexus IS 300. I cannot say enough about this dealership. In fact, my girlfriend saw my car and wants to step up to a Lexus now also. My wife and I went to Lexus of Brookfield looking to purchase a car from their lot. We were instantly greeted to a friendly hello by Andy Ratner. After a brief exchange we walked about the showroom with purchase a car from their lot. We were instantly greeted to a friendly hello by Andy Ratner. After a brief exchange we walked about the showroom without any pressure to sit down and sign. We were able to approach Andy again when we were finally ready to start test driving models. He happily helped us, making us his only priority all while not being pushy to finish the sale. Andy was able to make our experience at Lexus of Brookfield one that was truly appreciated and welcoming in today's world of typical car-salesmen. For an average sales demographic of 60-70 years old, my wife and I are 26. Andy and the staff at Lexus of Brookfield respected us and treated us fairly. More

Recent Experience During Pandemic Buying a Lexus 350 RX. I started out working with Adam and he was just fantastic! It is clear that Adam loves his job and that is such a great trait for a satisfactory car b I started out working with Adam and he was just fantastic! It is clear that Adam loves his job and that is such a great trait for a satisfactory car buying experience. He was tuned in to what I wanted very quickly and did not waste my time with what I did not want. Because I was buying a car remotely, because of the pandemic, he patiently answered all of my probing questions about potential vehicles. Once we narrowed it down to a particular vehicle, he took a lot of video footage. What I thought was good enough video, wasn't good enough for him, he wanted for me to see the vehicle in a different lighting and took even more footage. He wanted me to see EVERYTHING. He actually suggested that I get a third party to do an inspection on the car as well. Whenever I called he immediately answered or called me back within a few minutes. When the car got to me, there were no surprises and everything was exactly as I expected. I would highly recommend Adam for an excellent car buying experience. Andy (a different individual from the dealership) arranged new tires to be put on the car and drove the car the 4 1/2 hours to my house and drove back with my older Lexus trade-in. He was also great to work with, notifying me of his arrival time in advance, helping me understand the new features on the vehicle, and patiently answering other questions. I love my car. I also can't wait to work with this excellent dealership in the future. As an aside, I am a single woman buying this car and I did not feel that I was at a disadvantage. More
