Well, this was different! I wanted to purchase a used CRV that was in their inventory. We agreed on the price but they wouldn’t release the car until after they had run it th I wanted to purchase a used CRV that was in their inventory. We agreed on the price but they wouldn’t release the car until after they had run it through their service department ( it had just been traded in ). Service discovered the differential needed to be replaced. It was replaced and delivered to me at no change in price! Laura and Andy Otte were kind and patient help!
