I had a 1pm Monday appointment made I believe 3-5 days prior to service. I dropped the vehicle 30 minutes late 1:30pm and the tire didn’t even arrive until Tuesday and when the vehicle was picked up the w prior to service. I dropped the vehicle 30 minutes late 1:30pm and the tire didn’t even arrive until Tuesday and when the vehicle was picked up the wheel was extremely dirty and marked up so it looked worse than the way I left it. I’m pretty easy going and this disappointed me. I will likely seek out a different VW dealership next time. There are good people there but I am disappointed with this last service. More

Andrew was a great salemen. My experience at VW was pretty good. My only issue was my trade in wasn’t paid completely off and there was a small balance left. My previous finance company was calling and emailing me My only issue was my trade in wasn’t paid completely off and there was a small balance left. My previous finance company was calling and emailing me and I didn’t understand why, I informed the VW dealership about it, they asked if I can just pay it and they would reimburse me after they receive the title. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement. I also wish they explained the cost of the warranty a little better. I had to call the fiancé manager after the purchase and he broke it down for me. All in all it was okay. I’m enjoying my new VW. More
