The mechanical service of this vehicle was fine, but the employee who initially checked the car in was rude and argumentative. Brought in for oil chg and 80k service. Started leaking oil within a day. Brought it back and they looked at it, said it was good to drive and to bring back on Monday. Broke down on the way home from ur dealership and towed back same day. It cost 9.9k after we already spent $3k. Never had trouble w this vehicle until your staff worked on it. Very disappointing. It doesn’t seem like a coincidence that within 48h of your oil chg service it was leaking oil & stranded on the turnpike. More
