While my husband was having his truck repaired I bought a car. Wow, Andy was a fantastic tutor. He explained many many features of the vehicle I was interested in well before we ever took a test drive. He ma car. Wow, Andy was a fantastic tutor. He made me feel comfortable with all the newest gadgets ( I haven't purchased a vehicle for over 22 years). There are so may of them. The process can be overwhelming, but Andy did a great job explaining everything. And the purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. The service department did an excellent job repairing my husbands truck. We are very pleased with the entire process at JBA. More

The new cars side of things was fantastic! Andy was helpful and the biggest thing I appreciated was he spoke to my parents who were with me, but he also spoke to me.
