I like when I am not bombarded by sales associates as soon as I walk onto the car lot. I went with my husband and kids to test drive a Honda Pilot. We walked into the building to the sales floor. We were soon as I walk onto the car lot. I went with my husband and kids to test drive a Honda Pilot. We walked into the building to the sales floor. We were greeted by a sales rep named Doug. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He brought a pilot out for us to see right away. After the test drive he did not pressure me into an immediate sale. I asked how much it would cost for financing or a lease. He escorted us back inside to discuss the cost. We were on a budget and they worked with us. After a down payment and a signature, I was out the door with a new car! They let me come back the next morning when the finance department had availability to fill out the rest of the paperwork. A little bit of a wait but it was no big deal! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The manager came out after the car was cleaned to introduce himself. I definitely recommend going to this location when you need to purchase your next car. Ask for Doug!! More
