Everyone who I have encountered at this dealership has been nothing but kind and helpful. Initially got my car at another Mazda dealership in Milwaukee which was a fiasco in and of itself, but throughout been nothing but kind and helpful. Initially got my car at another Mazda dealership in Milwaukee which was a fiasco in and of itself, but throughout my issues they still helped get my audio issue fixed here in Madison. When I brought my car in this past weekend for new spark plugs, I thought I would ask if I could get the oil changed while it was in and they were able to accommodate adding on the oil change to my service. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Mazda of Madison to friends if they were looking to get a Mazda! More

Andy is great, and Andrew is great too. However, I am not satisfied with the short CPO warranty. Also, it would also be nice to have a greater variety of canned drinks and snacks available. I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. The service department is friendly but other than that I have nothing good to say. When I brought my concerns to the used sales manager (dan) and have called him twice with no response. HORRIBLE dealership. More
