Just picked up my new Porsche Taycan last night at Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, I was treated with Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. Tony Nguyen, who was busy at the time, still made it a point to greet me and assured me he’d be with me as soon as possible—which he absolutely did. He stayed in constant communication, making sure I knew about a recent lease special that was perfect for me. But Tony didn’t stop there. Knowing my out-of-pocket budget, he worked tirelessly to come up with a deal that I was thrilled with. By the time he presented the final numbers, I didn’t even need to negotiate—I was ready to sign on the spot. Tony treated my wife and me like VIP clients all the way through, even when we came to pick up the car. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager Andy Bartoli. Andy was incredibly approachable and continued the VIP treatment, making the finance process smooth and enjoyable. We hit it off instantly and ended up chatting about life more than just paperwork—definitely a different experience from the usual finance office routine!
