Everyone at the dealership was helpful. There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. I was supposed to meet them at the Jeep dealership to return my old vehicle and when I called to confirm our meeting time I was told that they already returned the vehicle. Then the Jeep dealership called me and said they found my car on the lot w/the keys in it and did not know how it got there. I loved that they registered the car for me, but it would have been nice if they went over the vehicle functions either when I picked up the car or when I went back for the plates. I had to go a third time to meet with someone (who was great) to go over how things worked. More

The problem came after I purchased the vehicle and asked for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phone calls, they have stopped answering me. Now after buying a $60k vehicle, I have to pay for a replacement key and reprogramming for a spare key that they lost. Beware - this how much they care about you. More
