First off I already knew what the check engine light was on for and I had asked the advisor if the sensor in questioned is covered under Mercedes emission extended coverage. She said we won’t know until it’ on for and I had asked the advisor if the sensor in questioned is covered under Mercedes emission extended coverage. She said we won’t know until it’s diagnosed first. So I brought in GL350 blue tech with a check engine light on and they diagnosed the first time saying it’s my intake manifold gaskets. I said the check engine light was on for diesel particular filter pressure differential sensor. They claimed the check engine light wasn’t on and I requested again for them to look at the check engine light. They finally addressed the light and said I need a new sensor and oh it’s not covered under warranty. I work in the auto business for over 10 years now, you can’t tell me you didn’t know if sensors are covered by emissions warranty. They charged me for the diagnostic that I already knew what was wrong I was only looking for it to be covered under the emissions extended warranty 250 plus sales tax $1.00. Super disappointed and I fixed the issue for $50 bucks verses $800 they wanted to replace a $50 sensor. More

My Mercedes was having a hard time turning over. I was told it was the ignition. I took it to the dealership and they said it's $200 per diagnosis. After they kept it for 5 days, and me hassling them about what was wrong with it, they told me it wasn't the ignition and they put a fuse in and it was running fine. They wanted to keep it longer and check other things but I couldn't afford $200 per diagnosis. Plus, they said it was running fine. It wasn't. I had a hard time starting it at the next stop I made. I took it to another Mercedes mechanic and it was the ignition and they got it fixed. I was warned not to take it to the Mercedes dealership because they charge over double what anyone else does. I paid them $200 for the diagnosis and $4 for the fuse. I then took it to another Mercedes mechanic who told me it was the ignition and got it fixed in 3 days. More

They give me appointment. I took my car in three days. They didn’t did anything to my car. My car just stayed there for three days and they didn’t even did a diagnose on it. Very challenging to contact for service. Constant turnover in the service reps, OUTRAGEOUS price for service. Example: new battery at MB=$576, exact same battery at Les Schwab including 8.5% Constant turnover in the service reps, OUTRAGEOUS price for service. Example: new battery at MB=$576, exact same battery at Les Schwab including 8.5% tax was only $301. My last few encounters for service have been miserable. More
