I gave this place a good review and now I've changed my mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the fina mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the finance guy and both said no it doesn't come with one. I believe we were lied to because it indeed has an alarm we found by accident and I believe I was lied to so I could be talked into buying lo jack from them. Had I known it had an alarm there would be no need to buy lojack which is terrible by the way. I think they took advantage of me and my 93 yr old mother who paid cash for a thirty thousand car. Elk grove toyota you should be ashamed of how you do business and the 2 people who helped us should be dealt with. I want people to know that this is not a good place to buy a car. They are liars.
