I love Infiniti vehicles but will never go to Dreyer and Reinbold again. My husband and I have been loyal customers in their service department for over 20 years and have purchased vehicles from them in and Reinbold again. My husband and I have been loyal customers in their service department for over 20 years and have purchased vehicles from them in the past but not recently because we found better deals out of state. The first time I purchased a car from them the sales person saw a little hesitation and accused me of not being able to afford this type of vehicle. The second time we considered buying from them the sales person told us that they wouldn’t service our car if we didn’t buy it from D and R. Today, we went in looking to test drive a QX 50 and was told they would not let us test drive a car there because we buy out of state. I could not believe it! Dreyer and Reinbold- you are rude and ridiculous and we will never come service or buy a car from you again ! If you want to be competitive, then offer competitive pricing. Don’t be rude to loyal service customers that are smart enough to cost compare and realize they can get a better deal in Illinois or Ohio! You have lost a customer forever. Be smart and stay away from Dreyer and Reinbold. You will be treated better somewhere else and get a better price More

Andrew Weiss comes of as your stereotypical sleezy car salesman that lacks courtesy and professionalism. You know within about 1 minute of talking to him on the phone that he's someone that you don't want salesman that lacks courtesy and professionalism. You know within about 1 minute of talking to him on the phone that he's someone that you don't want to do business with. He's also willing to continue a rant email back and forth after I told him that I wasn't interested in purchasing a car from him because he was completely unwilling to negotiate at all, even though at the end he admitted that he may have been. I'm happy to take my business to someone else. More

Extremely happy with my buying experience. Josh Guzman was an outstanding salesmen. Even before I met him his communication style (through an e-mail) was on point. Once I met him things only got better. J was an outstanding salesmen. Even before I met him his communication style (through an e-mail) was on point. Once I met him things only got better. Josh was a great listener snd i felt like he did everything he could to get me what I was asking for. I would give 50 stars if I could. More

On February 24th my wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Equus from Dreyer & Reinbold Infinity. The car was advertised as accident free and with a manufactures warranty. After one day of having the car ho Equus from Dreyer & Reinbold Infinity. The car was advertised as accident free and with a manufactures warranty. After one day of having the car home my wife noticed that the tail pipe cover was loose and rattling, that one of the front bumper sensors was not operating correctly, and that the drivers front power seat would not move in reverse. We notified the salesman and the service manager of Dreyer & Reinbold of our concerns and was told we could take it to the Hyundai dealership in Jeffersonville; which saved us a 2 hour drive back to Dreyer & Reinbold Infinity. Upon taking the car to Bales Hyundai of Jeffersonville to have the repairs fixed under the warranty, their service manager immediately notified my wife that it appeared to have been in minor accidents and that due to this the repairs were not covered under warranty. I have since notified Dreyer & Reinbold Infinity several times in an effort to get these issues resolved but they refuse to return my calls or my messages. For this reason I would not believe or trust this dealership. If you have any questions regarding this incident please email me at dustycorum@aol.com. Please take my advice and steer clear of this dealership. More
