I had the most amazing experience with Jonny Pham today. I arrived late to my appointment, and my new EQE SUV was acting up a bit, but he took his time going over many of the sophisticated features of that I arrived late to my appointment, and my new EQE SUV was acting up a bit, but he took his time going over many of the sophisticated features of that high tech car, showed me some really cool features and tricks, and above all, stayed beyond work hours to make sure he answered all my questions. I can see how much energy and joy he was getting seeing me learning new tricks short cuts. My experience with the dealership was great, Rafic Trawi was exceptional, but Jonny just took that whole experience to the next level.
