Dan made sure to listen to the issue of the vehicle and was patient enough to figure it out until it was completely resolved. The issue was extremely difficult to diagnose. I went to bring my old compass in for a service appointment because my starter was going. I was over my warranty and wanted to go over options about trading in my car. Andrew helped me look over op appointment because my starter was going. I was over my warranty and wanted to go over options about trading in my car. Andrew helped me look over options of the kind of car that I Wanted to upgrade too. Dennis was very transparent about if I should trade my car in or get my current vehicle serviced. I gave Andrew and Dennis my numbers of what I can afford and they both helped me get a deal on a lease that I can work with. I did not feel pressured at all into signing a lease and the process was super smooth and great! I went in On a Monday and got my new Jeep compass two days later. More
