I feel cheated by them. Then they gave me part of the contracts without the clauses. When I finally read the contract I realize that the finance company did not force me to acquire an extended guarantee, however they told me that it was necessary for them to give me the loan. I feel that they were not clear with me and they tried to take advantage of me being a woman and going alone to buy the vehicle. More
