Purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tucson and thankfully purchased the aftermarket warranty because about 29 days after our purchase the engine blew. Apparently a known issue with semi-recalls from Hyundai but Hyund the aftermarket warranty because about 29 days after our purchase the engine blew. Apparently a known issue with semi-recalls from Hyundai but Hyundai did not agree to cover anything but thankfully the extended warranty did. The new motor is being installed and the dealership provided a new Tucson as a loaner while we were missing the vehicle. So far the car has been at the dealership just about as long as we had it home. Hoping to get it back soon with a motor that works for many miles. More

I took my Hyundai in for an oil change and they told me a needed a new $185.00 battery. I went elsewhere to have it checked and they he said they would never sell me a battery. My car started right up in below 0 weather this winter with no problems.......so unethical. I'm not finding the name of the person that worked with me so I just checked a box for the person in the service department. I wouldn't let me submit my review without this. More

The service team was communicative through the entire process, they would provide updates daily on my car status and allowed me to use a rental car while mine was being repaired! I live closer to another Luther Hyundai Dealer but sure am happy to go out of my way to go to the Burnsville location next time! More
