Although there were 900 vehicles at the service center, Andrew (mngr.) and Sean, made sure that we felt as if we were their #1 priority. Since our previous visit to service, we felt that this time, there was a positive vibe throughout. The lounge area was being maintained, cleaned and stocked, as it should be. That makes quite a difference, when waiting for the vehicle. Sean sent our info via video and text message, which we very much appreciated. I love this old Hyundai and Sean and Andrew made sure to treat it as such. Things really kept moving right along. I imagine the mechanics may have been pulling their hair out, but you'd never know it. Sean made sure to let us know that he's available shall we need anything at all. Andrew was a very pleasant surprise. Not only very helpful, but knowledgeable----- as is Sean. Thanks for everything. Yummy coffee and creamer and sandwiches, too! So glad we have Sean, Andrew and Tameron Service, so close to home. More
