Worst car purchase I’ve ever made! !Purchased a 2017 jeep wrangler on 6/8/24. The salesman I had didn’t know much about jeeps. Someone else had to come out and help with the sale. The car was on E when we test drove and had to fill up the tank while waiting for loan paperwork was processing. The car was not detailed at all. Just typical things that dealers usually do when you purchase a vehicle. Mind you they had plenty of advance notice knowing I was driving 3.5 hours to look at the vehicle which I scheduled almost a week in advance for an appointment to view the vehicle. Owned it for a week and the car wouldn’t as of 6/16/24. I originally left this review on 6/16 but was contacted the by dealership on Monday 6/17 and was asked to pull my review and give them the opportunity to see what was wrong with it after I let them know I was having it towed to my mechanic but they did I needed a whole new motor. I then contacted mt. view and they requested I take it to my local Jeep dealership. It took over a week for my vehicle to get in. They found that a nut was loose in the motor that got stuck in a valve causing it to misfire. The Jeep Dealership said it was in there from possibly the last person who messed with the motors. Supposedly Mr. view does a thorough 100 point inspection but the air filter and air flow sensor were so dirty and the sensor even had oil in it. Really hated to have traded my 2017.5 Nissan platinum Murano that was in great condition and a Nissan certified preowned. On 7/9/24 I got a text saying I needed to sign an affidavit for my tags to be transferred which I signed papers day of purchase on 6/8/24. As of 7/24/24 I still don’t have my updated registration. More
