We keep coming back! Just helped my parents lease a 2016 Toyota Camry last night. Was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. My parents hate buying cars and that is why they kept their last car for 13 years. This time it was different and they really enjoyed the experience. More

We used a true car certificate to buy this car. It was such a great purchase experience. No haggling over price, I felt no pressure at all. It was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive to my interests and concerns in buying a new car. Also offered a fair trade in value for my old car and worked with me on the finances to get the dea to my interests and concerns in buying a new car. One of the most friendly and knowledgable sales person I have ever had to deal with. Gave a tour of the whole facility before completing the sale. I am a single mother looking for a more affordable car. I found exactly what I was looking for on this dealership's website and set up an appointment to look at the car. On arrival, I was greeted by my sales found exactly what I was looking for on this dealership's website and set up an appointment to look at the car. On arrival, I was greeted by my salesperson, Andrew Jackson, and immediately he retrieved the car that I came to see. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He went over every detail of the car, inside and out, and then we took it on a test drive. Shortly after the test drive, my father came by and again, Andrew went over every detail with my father. Andrew even made the negotiations as pleasant as they could possibly be. Overall, I would say that both my father and I had an exceptional experience purchasing my car. The staff worked to be sure that I got the best rate on financing and the monthly payments I desired. By the time I left, I felt as though I had made a new friend. The staff was fabulous and service was like none I have experienced before. More

I have bought many cars over the last 40 years and this buy new/trade-in experience I had with Oxmoor Toyota Dealership was the most satisfying I have ever had. Andrew Jackson (sales person) was exceptionally easy to work with and his product knowledge was off the charts. When it came time to fill out all of the paper work Lauren Waldman (Finance Manager) made that experience short and sweet and painless. I have owned Toyotas for 17 years but this is the 1st time I have dealt with Oxmoor Toyota. I have always been sold on the cars quality and dependability so in order to get my business Oxmoor Toyota needed to sell me on - car price, trade-in value and assurance I would get the best personal service and car maintenence available. I am confident that is exactly what I will get. Obviously I haven't had to use your Service Dept. yet but, I can assure you the one thing that will make or break a dealership is their "Service Dept.".
