Never again. I specifically said " oil change ONLY" because i go to Crown Honda for my planned maintenance and will get my filters and oil pump done there next we I specifically said " oil change ONLY" because i go to Crown Honda for my planned maintenance and will get my filters and oil pump done there next week. I told this to the person who made my apt, and the service guy who answered this call "my husband has brought in my car, do not do any other work, please do not bring him the dirty filters and try to get him to replace them since Crown Honda are doing them next week" But what did they do? You guessed it, they pulled their shyster add on trick. My husband has just undergone Chemo for terminal cancer and can not argue his way out of a paper bag so he felt obliged to give in to their persuasion. I called the service dept. to stop them as i was not authorizing additional work but the guy tried to delay by saying that he could mot find my appointment, by then it was too late...hey presto! They had already done the work. When i told him i would never grace tbeir dealership again he rudely shouted " good! We don't want you here" Venice Honda gets ZERO * from me! More

I went there with a brake light issue, they wouldn't shut off. I expected it would take a while to find and fix the problem. Within 15 minutes of turning in the car they had an answer and an estimate of c off. I expected it would take a while to find and fix the problem. Within 15 minutes of turning in the car they had an answer and an estimate of cost and time to repair. I was out of there in an hour and fifteen minutes and for less than $100. Very efficient operation. Thanks to all that helped me today. More
