The first time that I stopped in to get a Synthetic Oil change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outb change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outback, which never came while I was there. I had to leave for another appointment. On my second appointment for the same oil change even though you had the oil filter it still took an hour and a half to get my oil change. I have owned cars for more than 70 years and never before experienced such incompentence. I shall never return to this dealership, that goes without saying. Even a one star rating is undeserved, but there were no 0 options. More
