I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and had a consistently unprofessional experience. I was informed that I could not view the vehicle in person until a safety inspection was dealership and had a consistently unprofessional experience. I was informed that I could not view the vehicle in person until a safety inspection was completed. I offered to place a deposit to hold the vehicle, but was told this was unnecessary. Over the course of this process, I spoke with four different sales representatives as well as the sales manager. I received multiple calls attempting to schedule a visit, followed by conflicting statements that I could not come in until the dealership was “ready.” On more than one occasion, representatives attempted to re-schedule conversations without realizing they had already spoken with me previously. Despite clearly stating that I was specifically seeking a full-size SUV (a Chevrolet Suburban), the sales manager repeatedly sent listings for subcompact and midsize SUVs, which did not align with my stated requirements. The lack of coordination, inconsistent communication, and failure to respect clearly defined criteria demonstrate poor internal organization and customer handling. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership and do not believe they meet the standards expected of a Better Business Bureau member. More

While not our salesperson, Andrew went out of his way to assist us when he noticed we were struggling and indecisive. He was not trying to sell us anything; he merely had a sincere desire to assist however assist us when he noticed we were struggling and indecisive. Andrew was great in helping me with a vehicle purchase that was time sensitive. The dealership is not always on the top of my list of exciting places to visit and he made it quick and easy, and honestly q that was time sensitive. Second time Suburban could not provide vehicle I desired. Had to keep calling salesman back. I gave up and leased a Chevy which fulfilled my needs and provided good customer service. Andrew was easy to work with and he helped save us time by moving the purchase along quicker than typical dealership experiences. We met with Salesman, Andrew Freeman, today and he was less than helpful. My husband and I felt like he was talking down to us. He was very matter of fact and we did not care for his attitude. Apparent less than helpful. My husband and I felt like he was talking down to us. He was very matter of fact and we did not care for his attitude. Apparently you get zero incentives for being returning lessees and treated like garbage instead. We got a call from a Salesmen yesterday stating we would get an equal or better rate for turning in our lease early. We drove over an hour to go to the dealer and check out our options. According to Andrew all their available leases were double or triple what we’re currently paying unless I wanted a demo. More
