No Loyalty from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda – Our car was stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a ra stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a rash of these thefts in the area and Morrie’s had already been hit once before. They never warned us about the previous theft, even though we told them we’d be dropping our car off the night before, we never would have dropped it off overnight if we’d known. The only car that was stolen was ours because they had the key, the only reason they had the key was because the lock box was not secure enough, but Morrie’s took no responsibility for the theft. Not once did someone from Morrie’s call us or try to make it right, even though we’ve purchased three cars from them and used their service department for all our maintenance. We foolishly believed their loyalty program went both ways, we’ve since learned that it’s only the customer that needs to be loyal, not Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda. More

Sold a car after an appointment was set up I made an appointment to purchase a used car from this dealer and confirmed my appointment the morning as I was driving. The dealer sold the car to I made an appointment to purchase a used car from this dealer and confirmed my appointment the morning as I was driving. The dealer sold the car to another customer 15 minutes prior to my appointment and they tried to get me to buy a different vehicle from him. I called the gm/owner of the store and he said it is first come first serve and didn’t care that I drove 2 hours on icy roads that morning. Very poor business model in my opinion. Buyers beware.
