The Sales team (Joel, Creede), Manager (Shane), and Finance (Joel) were top notch. I like to read people and can tell when people are BS'ing me but they were honest and straight forward. No hidden BS fees and add-ons, and I didnt even have to haggle over anything. The whole process was amazing; purchase and pickup. I will for sure be driving back to Amarillo for my next car, even thought they said they would ship it to me at no cost. More

Joel Leimer was our dealer and he went above and beyond to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our prev to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our previous jetta unfortunately met its demise when a deer decided to run into it and total the car. He worked with us and made sure we felt comfortable at all times and we were able to get my husband back on the road quickly.
