Dissapointed by lack of high quality customer service Although certain individuals (Joe, Andrew) were helpful my overall experience not good. 1)Not greeted by anyone on my first visit to dealership. Walked around for awhile and then went into an office for help. 2)Promised a certain color and then told after a week or two it wasn't available. My next three color choices were not available either. 3)Told i MUST take delivery no later than January 2nd. January 2nd came and went as did the 3rd, 4th, 5th with no call from Lexus that my car was ready. 4)Someone called me yesterday for feedback. I asked her a question related to how to use certain features. I asked her to text me back the answer. No response. More
