Service was simply horrific. I purchased a brand new custom 2026 GLS 580. From the moment I drove it off the lot, I knew it had transmission issues. I reported it right away. The service department evaluated my car and told me that after a full inspection, there was nothing wrong with the transmission. They gaslighted me and said it must be the way I drove the car. I had the car transferred to another dealer who correctly diagnosed the problem after one simple driving test. It turns out that the transmission valve body was defective and had to be replaced. More
