We purchased our XC90 (the MOST FABULOUS car I've owned!) from Tempe VOLVO where we had already been dealing with Jud White on previous vehicles. Dealing with Courtesy VOLVO has, in general, been a welcome change as many of the Tempe VOLVO associates are now located here in Scottsdale and their customer service is fabulous! Particularly helpful and wonderful to deal with is Andrew Caron (in fact, my sister purchased her XC60 from Andrew). Above and beyond service I knew what options I wanted in my new Volvo XC60, but they did not have a car with those options. However, there was one at a Volvo dealer in Tucson I knew what options I wanted in my new Volvo XC60, but they did not have a car with those options. However, there was one at a Volvo dealer in Tucson. They arranged for the car to be brought to Phoenix at no additional cost. After I had the car for a week, I got a low tire pressure warning. I refilled the tire, but got the warning after another week. I took the car to Courtesy to have it looked at and they found a screw in the tire. Given that the time it took to give the warning was a week, the screw may have been picked up before or after I took possession. The tire is a "run silent" type with a foam lining and it could not be repaired with a plug. Courtesy replaced the tire at no cost to me. I was very happily surprised at that level of service! This is my second Volvo, and I loved my first Volvo so much that I decided to buy it over two other similar cars. More

They were very accommodating to our vehicle buying process, thus making us feel at ease with no pressure of purchasing. We found the exact vehicle we wanted at this dealership and we had been looking for approx 6 months. The price, value, low mileage, the spaciousness of the interior and the overall great condition of the vehicle were all the reasons why we purchased the GMC Yukon. Andrew was a great salesperson, he was easy going, not pushy, funny and overall made us laugh on several occasions and he made us feel very welcome! We liked working with him and we'll refer more customers to him for future car purchases. Jason and Jeremy were very helpful!! They went above and beyond to ensure our happiness with our financial investment, working diligently during our loan process. They always made us feel lik they had our best interest and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy! We trusted them during the sales/finance process, and they stood by their words and finalized our deal much to our satisfaction!! Excellent buying experience with Daniel Morgan I hadn't bought a new car since 2009 and before that I was always the person that bought my cars with what I could pay in cash at that moment. I had a lot of anxiety about purchasing a new car, particularly a nice one but Daniel was incredibly patient with me during the four days of test drives and questions and finally helping me get a deal I was comfortable with. I had always wanted a Volvo because of their amazing safety track record and had he not been so patient with me I would not have gotten the deal I wanted. I left with the car I wanted and they gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in and really worked with me on the price without a lot of pressuring. Normally if I get pressured I turn tail and run but they managed to not scare me of. I would recommend them and Daniel and Andrew to anyone interested in a new or used car. Although I bought a Volvo there were a lot of nice used cars there from other brands. More
