The Service Department is Awesome! ! They took me where I needed to go while they were changing my oil and came back and got me. They are very nice and I got some shopping done whil ! The sales team here was absolutely amazing! Drew helped me as a first time buyer, I originally went in for a used car but he was able to get me into my first brand new vehicle with an amazing i Drew helped me as a first time buyer, I originally went in for a used car but he was able to get me into my first brand new vehicle with an amazing interest rate and even aided in setting up insurance for it. Orchid was incredibly kind and showed me around to service, how to find the right people I need if I have questions and anything else I needed. I'm so thankful for the team here and their wonderful customer service. I'm glad my older sister, Tiffany , who loves hyundai cars introduced me to Jenkins hyundai because I never want to go anywhere else! Thank you! More

Purchasing my car was a wonderful experience! Michael was very courteous and professional. Drew, my sales consultant, was the best! He was personable, well knowledgeable and low keyed. I felt no pressure but spending time with him, I knew I wanted to purchase a car from him. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and kind! This was my third Hyundai purchase. Internet price jacked up 36% with "paint protection =1800", plus "we had to fix things in the car=1800". Mind you, on the phone salesman said "We didn't have to fix a thing on this car it was in such =1800", plus "we had to fix things in the car=1800". Mind you, on the phone salesman said "We didn't have to fix a thing on this car it was in such great condition", plus car needed two rear tires, PLUS cracked windscreen. Nothing like wasting two hours to see a 2017 car priced at 19K, reach 36% higher price due to to this made up nonsense. Then salesman had the HEART to then claim that carmax sucks cause they just wash and resell, WHILE selling a car with a dirty interior and a cracked windscreen. Oh, we only show "suggested" prices on the website, we have fine print that says we are adding more things to cost. Every single negative review complains about this bait and switching, and suggest going to Key Hyundai. Also, the service section is just as poorly run. I had a horrible experience there, one poor lady came in for an oil change at 9 am, and was still there ignored at 2pm. Disgraceful operation. More
