While I appreciate the technician trying to diagnose the
problem for three hours and only charged me for one hour of shop time, they also charged me for shop supplies and there was still no resolution. The

The situation was that the factory infotainment system went bad and since that part is no longer available, I had an aftermarket infotainment system professional installed by a third party dealer. I needed Victory to program the infotainment system to allow for all four trailer brake control settings to be available for selection based on towing needs.
In addition, upon check-in, I had requested that the name on the account be changed from Mike Rexroad to Michael Rexroad and the person at the counter said it would not be a problem to change. However, this change was never made.
