Andrew (Drew) was wonderful. We went on a day when the dealership was very busy and he was already busy with another customer. He saw us wandering around and stopped to check in. When he found out no one was helping us yet he immediately called to ask for help and promised he would come back and check in to make sure we got help. We were so impressed with him in that short interaction we decided we wanted to work with him. When he circled back we had waited for him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the makes and models and we were also appreciated his overall approach to meeting our needs. In the end we bought 2 new cars even though we only came in looking for one. While we worked with him and others to complete our purchases we watched him continue to provide quality customer service to everyone he was working with. AJ was one of the others we met and worked with through our 2 purchases. We have bought a lot of cars but never enjoyed working through the paperwork as much as we did with AJ. He was extremely professional and thorough but balanced that with his engaging personality. It took awhile (2 cars) but we enjoyed our time with him working through it all. In the end, as the dealership was closing, Drew drove one of our new cars up to our home in GA so he could drive our other trade in back - since we hadn’t planned on buying 2 cars. Even though it was getting late, he took the time to go through all the bells and whistles on that new car and even pair it with our phone and set up the garage door opener. We had previously been very loyal to our dealership in the Tampa area and almost drove down there but we are incredibly happy with our experience with So Jax Subaru and will return again. Best advice- ask for Drew and have AJ do your paperwork! More
