I went to three different dealerships, all within a mile of each other, and the difference couldn’t have been more night and day. Two months later we bought a second Crosstrek because we loved the 1st one so much, and Drew’s follow-up, expertise, and ability to get the deal done, was so flawless & easy. He even drove the 2nd car to us (3.5 hrs south) and provided all the paperwork upfront, and his support team was excellent and just as professional.
