Terrible experience at Planet Honda NJ. My last 6 new car purchases have been Hondas (but not from this dealership!!!). I received an online written quote from Planet Honda, and spoke to My last 6 new car purchases have been Hondas (but not from this dealership!!!). I received an online written quote from Planet Honda, and spoke to a person who said if you come in you will likely get an even better deal. But when I got to the dealership (not that close to my home), they add on additional $1,400+ of additional "optional" items charges for items that I do not want, and were not in the online written quote. But tell me they are not really optional. They then agreed to a sale price (including me paying MSRP and $799 Doc fee and $159 Nitrogen fee), but then after evaluating our trade-in, (Mgr actually agreed to our desired trade-in value) they said the sale price was increased $4,500 more than what they agreed to 30 minutes earlier, claiming some other charges - after we spent over 2 hours in the dealership! They throw around alot of numbers to confuse the customer. I do not mind if we do not agree on a price, but very shady sales tactics that give car sales a bad reputation. Be warned! More

Andrew Boulas will be your best friend and great at being the glue in holding the whole sale together. The management was good and listened to my needs. The Service representative spent along time trying to sell the 3 year service maintenance plan which I continually said I did not need. Upon completion of the sale Andrew continued to satisfy my needs for additional information I requested. I wish him the best. More
