From entering the dealership to leaving with a new Subie, Eric ensured that we had a smooth and painless purchasing experience. This was my first new car purchase, and I was a little anxious. I’ve heard of so many horror stories about sneaky and dishonest dealers, but this was the complete opposite! Both Eric and Andy were transparent and honest from the get-go and honored the agreed-upon price without any further changes or haggling. Eric clearly explained the optional packages but never pushed them onto me. It was such a seamless buying experience, and I am honestly blown away by the amazing customer service. I recommend them and this dealership to everyone! More
