Had recent problems with air suspension on my 2019 Ram. The entire team in the service department was TOP NOTCH!!!! They explained step by step what they were going to do to find the problem. I took pic The entire team in the service department was TOP NOTCH!!!! They explained step by step what they were going to do to find the problem. I took pictures of the error codes I was getting on my dashboard, and the service department understood the issues at hand. They did a complete calibration of the air suspension system and made sure all pieces and parts were working as they should. We agreed for them to keep the truck over night a few different nights to makes sure the problem did not return. All steps were explained to me in detail with NO surprise items added to the bill. Now with the truck back in my hands, it has been working perfect as it should, so the calibration service did the trick. I will always take my truck to Mandal CDJR, this is a fantastic dealership who I trust completely to maintain and fix my truck. I purchased my truck from this dealership, and based on the phenomenal service I always get, this dealership will continue to maintain my current truck, and will get future vehicle purchases in the future. I TRUST Mandal CDJR, they are now my go to place of business for all my automotive needs. More

I got my tires rotated and balanced. The next day I noticed the ride was bumpy and called the service department to tell them the situation. I HAD PREVIOUSLY EXCELLENT! I WAS ABLE TO MEET WIYH THE SERVICE MANAGER, MR ANDREW BARRY, AND DISCUSS MY 2 PREVIOUS NEGATIVE DAYS LONG EXPERIENCES!
