AMAZING experience. I purchased a used Ram 1500 Limited from this dealership, with the promise of a few fixes. ALL promised repairs were completed and I highly recomme I purchased a used Ram 1500 Limited from this dealership, with the promise of a few fixes. ALL promised repairs were completed and I highly recommend this dealship to anybody in the market. They replaced a bad tail gate, the went in with 50 percent for a bed cover, and they fixed a defective dashboard with the help of Ram Care. Everybody at this dealership is top notch and always a pleasure to work with. I MUST mention Neil Blanchard, what an amazing guy to work with, he has been the focal point for all the help I have received. My salesperson, Laura Knight, amazing and attentive, and the Service Department, TOP NOTCH! Everytime I took return of my truck, it was washed and ready to go. If the repairs took time, they always provided me with a loaner car to drive until I could get my truck back. I recommend this dealership above all others in the local area on the Mississippi Gulf coast. A dealership you can trust! Many thanks to this awesome team! More

We enjoyed the experience and the people were friendly. .. until going in to finalize the paperwork. Yankee attitude with a terrible disposition. When we asked questions, she acted like we were stupid and told us we did not see this paperwork until we signed it. Norris had us set up to go to our credit union, and when our loan officer called to verify the deal, she told him that they do not allow outside financing. She is an idiot. No personality at all. She spoke down to us. We almost walked out. We don't remember her name and her signature is chicken scratch. More

My experience is always great at MCDJR. I was there recently for routine service. I was a walk in, the got my vehicle in very quickly, I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, and was out of there i I was there recently for routine service. I was not pleased with certain members of the service department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. I even made an appointment for an oil change, but I was never greeted or assisted when I walked in. department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. It was not until Ashlynn walked up ready to assist, so I will give her credit because she did her best to smooth over the negative experience. I will also give Andrew credit as well because he did try to assist with answering a few questions I had while I was waiting. More
