I picked up my purchased Pre-owned vehi Professional service from Colton In sales and Andrew in finance prior to the reason for my return visit. I picked up my purchased Pre-owned vehicle on Wednesday, October 16th. After driving it for a few hours, I realized that something was wrong with the rear passenger side wheel. I returned the next day to the service department. Steve D’Elena and his team isolated the issue and made the repairs while I waited. They did a phenomenal job and were very apologetic about the inconvenience. My assumption is that the faulty wheel bearings were missed during the inspection before it was sold to me, but Steve and his team did a great job getting me back on the road. My faith has been restored in Tasca and I would consider recommending others to buy from your organization. Keeping my fingers crossed that I won’t be back soon with other mechanical issues!
