This was my first major purchase- I had never bought a new (newish) vehicle before, especially from a dealership and having been in terrible dealerships before with bad experiences, I was very worried and skeptical of how things were going to go. He is upfront, explanative, and helpful. He gave me his personal cell and followed up with me when I had a concern. My vehicle was brought out front, clean as a whistle and Lou put a little gas in it for me. The interior had an B.O. type odor still so the detailers could have done a little better but hey, who cares, I used carpet cleaner on the seats. The Financing gentleman was also very personable and professional. More
