My vehicle drop off was scheduled over a week out so they could "order" and "receive" all the parts for the repairs. The running boards were not order for a full week after they had my vehicle and the fender could "order" and "receive" all the parts for the repairs. The running boards were not order for a full week after they had my vehicle and the fender wasn't ordered until they had my vehicle at the earliest. Andrew lied to me after the first week about the repairs were done minus the running boards and painting, only to find out they still didn't even have the fender until the following week. He also lied to my claims adjuster and sent in the completion paperwork on the second week when we are in the third week and the repairs are still not complete. Three weeks for repairs is not only unacceptable but shows complete lack of planning and preparation. Not only is the length of time unacceptable but the lying is disrespectful and demeaning as a customer. However, the lying is a result of trying to cover up the incompetence. I would not recommend this body shop as long as Andrew is there. It is currently Wednesday of the third week and still I wait for another part of the repair that should have been done in the first week. More

Loved the silverado. After I has it for a cpl weeks I noticed the bumper had developed cracks. After investigating I noticed the bumper was held on with zip ties. Was told by Dave this was a new trade in and we didn't check it for cosmetic issues just safety. Hmmm you mean you checked it cosmeticlywgen when got traded in to evaluate price for trade in, and them did not fix the bumper only to pass it on to me the sucker. Not a gd way to keep customers. When telling my friend Jorge at solos body shop who you sold a b4and new truck to also had issues with paint problems but ya didn't know he owned a body shop and tried screwing him as well.when I pulled in to talk to Dave was told he would talk with his manager to see what they could do....been weeks now. This dealership will say and do anything to get the deal don't and won't do a xxxx thing when the customer is unhappy was told you bought a used truck. If I wanted a xxx I would have went to the corner used car dealership. I came here to heisler and paid twice as much for their xxx. More

My first time at this shop location and with a new insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use while my car was at the shop waiting to get fixed they gave me a rental. They didn’t have to do that at all and I’m so grateful that they understood my situation and put their trust in me to let me use the rental. They also earned my trust and earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend! More

It took them over a week to get ahold of me to make an appointment to get it fixed. It was fixed very nicely after all the wait. It was missing a part in the box for the goose neck. Hitch. Plastic little inseit took them 3 weeks to get the part and they were supposed to delivery a week ago and finally I went down and got it. More
