In late February 2024 I purchased an X4, by May the car needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! I was told SEVERAL times the parts are on the way but thr needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! Sales guy was nice enough, friendly even. Tried to negotiate a fair deal, they offered 30% of KBB. Had to laugh. Thrn they added on $400 for xx nitrogen filled tires, $400 for perma plate Tried to negotiate a fair deal, they offered 30% of KBB. Had to laugh.
