We purchased a 2025 NX350h through the Costco member program. Andres made the purchase simple and straightforward. I wish there was a no star rating because this dealership does not even deserve one star. They have caused so much turmoil in my affairs because of poor management. I bought a car in June 2024 and my trade does not even deserve one star. They have caused so much turmoil in my affairs because of poor management. I bought a car in June 2024 and my trade in docs were not sent over to Lexus financial until 2 months later...the delay caused me to gain a late payment remark on my credit report because i was making payments on a closed account...that will not be removed despite my attempts to clarify the mistake that both parties are aware of. The dealership also owed me one of the additional payments made to the closed account and have yet to receive it...and probably won't. This is a horrible business with poor service and I knew that when I found out Irv left I should not have done business here. Irv is a good person with morals....this place of business is toxic and probably attempted to try to have him go against his morals. Buy a bike...your better off. More

Andres helped us find the Lexus NX we wanted and gave us a good trade-in value. He was very transparent with us about all of the prices, add-ons, taxes, and tags. We were able to buy the same car, after a good trade-in value. He was very transparent with us about all of the prices, add-ons, taxes, and tags. We were able to buy the same car, after tradein, for $7,000 less than the non-transparent quote from Lexus of Palm Beach. We were directed to Andres from COSTCO. He gave us the COSTCO discount that he showed us for the type of car we are buying. We also arranged for turning in our current car before receiving the new car. We will be out of town during the interim, so we didn't need it. That way, we were able to get the full trade in value. Otherwise, it would likely have depreciated more. So, all-in-all, we are pleased with the way Andres and Lexus of Pembroke Pines handled the somewhat complicated situation. While we have to wait for a couple of months for the new car, we got the exact car we wanted for a very good price and trade-in value. They also haven't tried to sell us a lot of unnecessary extras like top coating, bottom coating, or chip guard. More

I am not a person who like to complain. Everything looked ok the first day I went there. After I made the deposit and selected the exterior and interior color I kept contact with Alon and a Everything looked ok the first day I went there. After I made the deposit and selected the exterior and interior color I kept contact with Alon and asked about status, almos a month later he gave me an aprox date of arrival, he contacted me to see if I wanted another color and I did not wanted a different exterior color. Then I contacted again when I saw nobody contacted me after the Hurricane Milton passed and I left a voice message since he did not picked up the phone and sent an email and he replied saying he will contact me after he finish with a customer. That day he never called me then about 4 or 5 days later I decide to call and spoke with Vergara and he said he will contact Alon and then he will call me back. Nobody called me back. Again the next day at night around 8 pm I called and explained to Vergara nobody contacted me he said he spoke with some inventory person and he said there was a delay and also asked me after waiting for 1 month and 19 days if I wanted a different color, I specified I will not mind to change the interior color but exterior has to be Atomic Gray. He then told me he will be in a meeting next day in the morning and he will call me to give me a response, that meeting was supposed to take place on Friday the 18th. Again nobody called me. Then Saturday the 19th of October I called Vergara in the morning and he told me he was sorry but he was off that day. Which is very strange because he told me he will have a meeting that day. Then after all these I decided to call the manager and tell him the story and how I'm feeling when I'm the customer and I have to chase them and nobody cares. I asked for a refund since at that point I lost complete trust on Lexus Prembroke Pines. He told me he will take care of it and he will have a meeting on Monday the 21 st of october and he will bring that up that day. Today is Monday 21st and I checked my bank account and I can't find any refund. Sincerely Dr. Tomas Baez More
