Vehicle was advertised at $16,926, first round of paperwork came back at list price $17526 plus all their add ons added up to almost $24,500. Went back and forth third round of print out came to $19566 as the base price plus fees came out to over $21k. Going back and forth was told they took a bad deal on the purchase and needed to make up costs. It's not their customers problem that they made a bad purchase and was trying to add so much more on the possible sale. There was damage to the vehicle, battery was 2 years out of date, they did not have a window sticker on the vehicle, and wasted over 2 hours to get into the vehicle to begin with. They would not show us itemized breakdowns of what was optional to decline. Wasted 5 hours of all our time. Received several text messages and comments on my reviews about wanting to turn my negative reviews into a positive one, so I called and they just repeated that they thought we had a deal at $21k, I said no $18.5 out the door with tax title license which would honor the online price. They doubled down about it. So no. Inflating numbers, giving breakdowns with all $0's for costs, and then doubling down on their own mistakes does not turn my negative review into a positive one. Mike was the best! He’s very nice and very helpful! If I could leave an extra star I would! If you’re planning a visit anytime soon you must ask for him! He’s very nice and very helpful! If I could leave an extra star I would! If you’re planning a visit anytime soon you must ask for him! More
The recent experience I had at Arlington Heights Nissan dealership was a disappointing portrayal of the brand's integrity. The advertised price for the vehicle was contingent upon financing at a high APR o dealership was a disappointing portrayal of the brand's integrity. The advertised price for the vehicle was contingent upon financing at a high APR of 9.99%. When I expressed my intention to pay in cash, the price increased by $5,000 immediately. Notably, neither the dealership website nor listings on platforms like cars.com specified that the listed price applied solely to financing customers. The dealership manager candidly explained that their profit margins are primarily derived from lending institutions, and they assert they offer the lowest prices, implying that I would be unable to find better deals elsewhere. Having previously purchased vehicles in multiple states, I have never encountered such practices. The manager seemed almost boastful about what appears to be misleading advertising, highlighting a significant disparity—his dealership sold 52 cars in a day compared to only 6 by their competitors. This approach to sales feels disreputable, and I will opt to purchase my next vehicle from a dealership that prioritizes transparency and ethical business practices. More
I have my car serviced with this dealer and it is fabulous. Very personable and go through your cars need with details, video and costs. We bought the car here 7 years ago and I as with anyone wh fabulous. Very personable and go through your cars need with details, video and costs. We bought the car here 7 years ago and I as with anyone who drives must go through the pain of buying a new car. All I can say is know what you can afford ahead of time and stay within your budget. We went from no car payment to $$$ per month and that is the shock. Then the insurance cost goes up and adds to the shock. It's the cost of mobility in our lives and you have to plan ahead for it. It is not easy. More
Unprofessional is the statement of a lifetime when referring to these sleezy people. Filled out an application for a 2020 Audi SQ5. I went here based on how they advertised they can approve "any credit". Was putting a total of $5000 down between my trade in and cash down. Spoke to someone in finance on 4/24/2024 and ask a lot of questions about things on my credit and money available. Once down was told they would call me "right back" after they got off the phone with the banks. Today 4/24/2024 at 3PM I still had not heard anything back and sent a text message to Spencer about how I felt on being ignored. Spencer then text me back after I said I was going to leave a 1 STAR review about my experience. Spencer then text me back telling me that my credit was to bad to get anyone to approve and to let him know when I have a co-signer. I have 1 bad thing on my credit report where I helped someone get a car and they let it get repo'ed. My score WAS almost 800 before all of that, with about 7 PAID IN FULL NEVER LATE auto loans. Credit cards and other misc loans, paid in full and never late. If you do not have TEIR 1 credit, DO NOT GO HERE! You will be treated like absolute garbage and ignored. More
Not very transparent or accommodating. Asked sales manager Acho for a quote for a vehicle on their lot, his quote was $450 more than then the price listed on their own website. After poin Asked sales manager Acho for a quote for a vehicle on their lot, his quote was $450 more than then the price listed on their own website. After pointing this out, he was willing to “honor” the internet price. Asked if 2 of the dealer installed accessories could be removed and he said no. Bought the exact vehicle at another dealership that was more accommodating. More
