The sales team was unwilling to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. We went through the standard the car costs X what do you want to pay? We wrote down a reasonable offer that is inline with the market and they went back and fourth with us after the sales rep's 3rd offer from the "sales manager" we were still 100's of dollars off. So we walked out of the dealership, the rep came running out to our car knocking on the window "we'll meet your price". as anyone knows one your customer has walked our the door you've lost the sale. We will never buy a Lexus for this one poor experiance. More
