To avoid this dealership, their service center is one of the worst ever. They make you wait over the phone for 1/2hours, hung up, or send you to their text message. It is a disaster. Avoid going to this dealer. They do not have enough people and enough possibility to service what they are selling. Check reviews before to step there. 10 day to diagnosis and still waiting on an answer from them. 10 days to check with is wrong and then they need to order whatever part is needed another week. If you don't need your car, buy one hyundai and you make sure they have it in their shop. We buy car to have transportation and not headaches. I make sure to review this to as many sites as I can to protect other costumers. More

The service department NEVER answers! Voicemails are not returned. Inquiries on the website not returned. I guess people show up in person to schedule appointments, but it's ridiculous Voicemails are not returned. Inquiries on the website not returned. I guess people show up in person to schedule appointments, but it's ridiculous to drive all the way to the dealership just to setup an appointment. I don't recommend buying vehicle from this place because when you need service, you just can't talk to a human by calling on the phone. p.s. I had to "Rate People You Worked With" in order to submit, but since I never got to work with anybody, I give them all a score right in the middle. More

Brought my new 2024 Palisade in for its first oil change - 2 hours later and nobody has even touched the car !! I’m never getting the services I was promised so this is definitely an issue with the service - 2 hours later and nobody has even touched the car !! Nothing to say. Bought new Tucson, to replace 2016 Limited Sonata. Spent thousands of dollars at service center over the years, no problem. Asked for free cooler Bought new Tucson, to replace 2016 Limited Sonata. Spent thousands of dollars at service center over the years, no problem. Asked for free cooler during promotion for July 4th. Bought Tucson June 26th. Told I got enough discounts on new vehicle. So, no cooler, and very upset customer who will have to think twice about coming back to Universal. (Plus, our children have bought 5 Nissans at Universal over the years they have lived here. That's it. Thanks for your time, and have a good day. Lou Russo More
