I started in this industry back in 2003. I signed up for Auto Shop in high school, completing two years when I graduated in 2005. After, I got a job as a car detailer until 2007 when I got a job as a lube/tire technician at Monro Muffler. I quickly stepped up to brakes, suspension work and exhaust repairs. I moved over to parts, having worked at Napa for 4 and a half years, and then Volvo, Volkswagen and Mazda for the next 9 years as a Parts Manager. When I'm not at work I'm spending time with my dog, my kids or friends. Whatever your vehicle may need, it would be my pleasure to assist you!

Had a great experience very helpful staff Went to a tire shop and they told me all four tires needed new sensors come to find out they were trying to get one over on me till I mentioned I needed to cal tire shop and they told me all four tires needed new sensors come to find out they were trying to get one over on me till I mentioned I needed to call my husband Luckily I called harboro and they took me in an showed me on the computer that all four were reading fine when they sprayed the front passenger it had a slight leak and they fixed it in no time hassle free experience More

I had visited the Webster, MA dealership when I was 18 in 2020 I am now 22 and 31 weeks pregnant. I had bought my first car, a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LT 1.4L, with the saved money that I worked for. Granted t 2020 I am now 22 and 31 weeks pregnant. I had bought my first car, a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LT 1.4L, with the saved money that I worked for. Granted they had informed me it was previously owned by an older gentleman who brought the car to their automotive repairs for all the maintenance so everything was up to date. It had 129K miles on it and they were selling it for around 6K. Now being 18 and buying my first car this sounded reasonable as my payments through the DCU Bank have been only $115.70 and Ill have it paid off by this year. Within the first 6 months of owning the car the throttle body needed to be replaced and they had informed me it was just outside of warranty so I had to pay out of pocket to fix it and it was over $300. Now within the last 2 years I have paid almost $3000 on a car in just payments that I havent been able to drive properly. I spent about just as much as that in trying to make it run as well as I have replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor, Premium Oxygen Sensor, all 4 Fuel Injectors, all the Spark Plugs 2x, the EVAP Canister, the Solenoid Valve, the Purge Valve, the Head Gasket, and more in TWO YEARS. I have 170k miles on it now and I understand to have some issues with a car as it gets older but this is the worst lesson I have had to learn as a young adult to not trust car sales persons’ word. I will never trust to buy a car from Harbro again. More

Nice job Harbro. My brake calibrator seized and burned out a brake pad and rotor. They took it without an appointment and set me up with a rental. Mark and Andres in the service department are fantastic to work with. Needed to have the rear brakes on my Edge replaced and they explained the whole process and did the work as scheduled.
