Andrej - He's a car salesperson, not actually knowledgeable about the vehicle, just trying to make a sale. When he showed me the SOS alert button in the car, I asked him what that cost. He said i knowledgeable about the vehicle, just trying to make a sale. When he showed me the SOS alert button in the car, I asked him what that cost. He said it was free with this vehicle. No, it's included for 3 years and then you need to subscribe to the service, so it's not free. This vehicle came with PIN Code Access, he doesn't know what that is and suggested we ask when we return in 2 weeks with questions-instead of asking someone? Michael appeared very knowledgeable. He went through many options with us to add on. Very smooth transaction. As for the Dealership, I've already referred my neighbor to your dealership. They plan to purchase a Subaru in the next month or two. More

When my husband and I entered the dealership to get an idea of what our trade-in would be worth if we bought a new vehicle, someone quickly helped us. We liked that gentleman, as he listened carefully and idea of what our trade-in would be worth if we bought a new vehicle, someone quickly helped us. We liked that gentleman, as he listened carefully and made us feel welcome. Once he discovered what we came for, he quickly located a salesperson to help. Both people were very friendly, yet treated us in a professional manner. Did not feel like they just wanted to make a sale but wanted to help us find what we wanted. Every step of the purchase, things were explained clearly. Information was printed so we could look at it. Each person readily answered our questions. Facility was very clean- desks not cluttered. I very much liked working with Andrej. He was patient when he answered our many questions, communicated well, and was friendly. I especially appreciated his calm demeanor. He followed up after our initial meeting to see if he could help us further in order for us to make a decision. After we were able to work out a deal, he quickly located the vehicle we wanted. When we went to pick it up, things went very smoothly. The financial person came and offered options for us and explained things clearly for us. When the deal was finished, Andrej took time to go over the vehicle with us. He helped us set things up, so some new things to us like a blue tooth hookup and android auto could be used immediately. I also noticed that the vehicle was immaculate inside and out. We also appreciated the follow-up meeting with Wayne a couple weeks later so we could ask questions about our new vehicle. What an outstanding idea. He was excellent at listening to our questions and answering them. We liked his demeanor- very patient, and he was very clear at explaining things. Plus he took us out to our car and showed us how things worked. We covered a lot but he did not overwhelm us. He also told us that we can contact him at any time for help with basically anything in regards to the vehicle- even service visits. Others from the dealership also contacted us just to make sure things went well and were very receptive to helping us if we needed anything. More

I had an appointment with Deana at 2:30. When I got there I was told I was early my appointment was at 3. That was incorrect it was 2:30. At 3 a couple came in saying they had and appointment withe her at 3. I was passed off to Andrej who didn’t know about prior discussion’s had with Deana. He did ok considering he was dealing with an unhappy client. We made a deal and he made an appointment for 1:oo the next day. When I arrived he couldn’t help me because he was with another client so again I was passed off to Nicholas who knew nothing about the discussions the previous day. The manager needs to discuss the meaning of appointment. Additionally I will never buy a car from this dealer again as long as they FORCE customers to buy an anti theft “option” against their will. It’s completely worthless to me and I don’t appreciate being forced to buy it.. More
